If you experience problems, unexpected behaviour or even a crash it usually helps us to receive your feedback report from within the app.
Choose the application menu "Kyno" - "Send Kyno Feedback...", ideally type in a short description of what went wrong and what your actions were leading up to the problem. Then press "Send Feedback".
This will send us information about the problem along with your email address so we can contact you if necessary. There's no need to write a separate email.
