In the rare case where Kyno is in a state that doesn't allow you to send us a feedback report about the problem, it may be necessary to send us your log files manually so we can analyze them to find the cause of the problem.
The log file is located at: <userhome>/Library/Logs/Kyno/kyno.log
Here's how to do it:
- Open Finder
- In the Finder's application menu choose "Go" - "Go to Folder..." or press Cmd-Shift-G
- Enter the following: ~/Library/Logs/Kyno/
- Send us the file named "kyno.log" by email to: email@example.com
