Someone is adding info for lots of videos for me. When I spot a mistake
and correct it, I get an error. I can make the adjustment, go back to
all videos and when I try to re-open the video it says "no item
available". It happens every time. I do not understand why. We use the
same version of Kyno. They work on a mac and I on windows, they send the
lmpd files to me via mail.
I'm getting no response from KYNO, is there anyone who can help with this?
