Exposure correction on transcoding

Hi!

It would be great to add an option to increase\decrease exposure on transcoding.

Sometimes original files are shot too dark\bright, and it is not a problem to fix this later, when the editing assembly and rough\final cuts are ready.

But on the first step we almost always create proxies.

It's a great feature that we can bake a LUT inside those transcoded files, but an option to change exposure would be much appreciated on this step also.

It would be great to have color corrected proxies (with LUT) + make right exposure for editing right from the beginning.

Thanks and hope you consider this for future releases\updates.
