Can't unmount USB devices in Windows while Kyno is running

Pretty simple -- Kyno seems to lock up camera media, resulting in a standard "drive busy" message when attempting to unmount via the Windows "Safely Remove Hardware" interface.
This seems to happen only with drives that Kyno has interacted with, either through browsing media or Copy actions. The USB port doesn't seem to make a difference either.
Quitting Kyno immediately frees up the drive to be unmounted.
