How do you send a sub clip to premiere pro?

I have subclips in my original footage and want to send ONLY the sub clip without creating a new sub clip file. Is this possible?

Currently when I click the sub clip and do the shortcut cmd+shift+p to send to premiere pro, it sends the entire clip to premiere pro.

It also sends it in its own folder and I don't know how to only send the sub clip and not have it in its own sub folder within the Premiere Pro project. Is this possible?

The clip in Premiere Pro has all the subclips marked but I don't know how to quick select the marked areas to at least speed up the workflow if it's not possible to send un-exported subclips. How do you do this

Thanks!
